Our product is a digital service that begins when we start processing your resources. Because the work is custom. refunds are limited to the cases below.

Eligible refunds

• Duplicate payment or accidental double charge.
• We fail to deliver any audio within {{DELIVERY_WINDOW_HOURS}} hours of payment and you request a refund before delivery.
• A technical error on our side prevents you from downloading the audio and we cannot resolve it within 3 business days.

Not eligible

• Change of mind after we begin processing your order.
• Dissatisfaction with creative style when the audio matches the resources provided and the order description.

How to request

Email {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} with your order number. If approved we issue the refund to the original payment method through Stripe or PayPal within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
