We convert user supplied resources into an audio podcast using automated tools. Delivery is by email link to an MP3 file.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

User content and license

You retain ownership of the resources you upload. You grant {{BUSINESS_NAME}} a worldwide. non exclusive. royalty free license to host. process. transcribe. analyze. and transform the resources solely to provide and improve the service. You confirm you have the rights and permissions to upload the resources and to grant this license.

Prohibited content

• Illegal content or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Malware. spyware. or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access.
• Highly sensitive personal data. for example social security numbers. financial account numbers. health records. or data about children.

AI outputs

Generated audio can contain errors. hallucinations. or inaccuracies. Do not rely on outputs for legal. medical. financial. or safety critical decisions.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe and or PayPal. We do not store full card numbers. Prices are shown in USD. Taxes if applicable are added at checkout.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy. If a refund is approved it will be issued to the original payment method.

Delivery

Delivery is by email to the address you provide. Links remain active for at least {{AUDIO_LINK_MIN_DAYS}} days. Keep a backup of your file.

DMCA

We respond to notices of alleged infringement under our DMCA Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate service if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

Disclaimers
